These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the LinkFresh mobile apps, web dashboard, and related services (“Services”). By accessing LinkFresh, you agree to these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
LinkFresh – Platform operator
User – Any registered person using the Services
Retailer – A business receiving or purchasing produce
Supplier – A business supplying or delivering produce
Admin – Authorized personnel managing system oversight
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate business and contact information
LinkFresh may approve, reject, or suspend accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
Unauthorized access or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree not to:
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading data
Abuse QR code scanning
Attempt to bypass security
Upload harmful content
Violate UAE law
Interfere with system integrity
LinkFresh may suspend accounts violating these rules.
4. USER DATA RESPONSIBILITY
Retailers and Suppliers are fully responsible for:
Accuracy of deliveries, stock, waste, and pricing entries
Proper scanning of QR codes
Validity of commercial terms between parties
Compliance with food safety standards
LinkFresh does not verify user-entered data.
5. AI INSIGHTS DISCLAIMER
LinkFresh provides:
Forecasting
Recommendations
Waste-reduction insights
Supplier/Retailer performance analytics
These insights are based on machine-learning models and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Users acknowledge:
AI insights are advisory only
All business decisions must rely on user judgment
LinkFresh accepts no liability for business losses arising from AI outputs
6. BLOCKCHAIN VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER
To enhance transparency, LinkFresh may record cryptographic hashes on a blockchain.
Users acknowledge:
Blockchain entries are immutable
Incorrect data entered by users cannot be undone
Corrections require new entries
No personal data is stored on-chain
LinkFresh is not responsible for errors caused by user submissions.
7. COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
All commercial terms—including pricing, payment, delivery timing, returns, and disputes—are strictly between Supplier and Retailer.
LinkFresh does not:
Participate in pricing
Guarantee product quality
Mediate disputes
Ensure payment completion
Provide logistics or transport
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content, algorithms, designs, branding, and architecture are owned exclusively by LinkFresh.
Users may not:
Copy or replicate the software
Reverse-engineer components
Use LinkFresh systems to build competitive products
9. FEES & BILLING
Where applicable:
Fees will be disclosed before subscription activation
Non-payment may result in suspension
Fees are non-refundable except where UAE consumer law requires otherwise
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, LinkFresh is not liable for:
Incorrect or fraudulent data entered by users
AI-generated recommendations
Supplier/Retailer disputes
Product spoilage, contamination, or safety issues
Financial loss or business interruption
System downtime or technical issues
If liability cannot be excluded, LinkFresh’s maximum liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the past 12 months.
11. INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify and hold LinkFresh harmless from:
Misuse of the platform
Violations of UAE law
Food safety issues arising from product handling
Disputes between Suppliers and Retailers
Damages caused by inaccurate entries or fraudulent activity
12. TERMINATION
LinkFresh may terminate or suspend accounts:
For Terms violations
For suspicious or fraudulent activity
As required by UAE authorities
Users may request termination, but historical data may remain for audit or regulatory purposes.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes shall be resolved through:
Good-faith negotiation
If unresolved, arbitration in Abu Dhabi
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
LinkFresh may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.
