LinkFresh (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a digital platform connecting suppliers and retailers within the UAE fresh-produce supply chain. This Privacy Policy explains how LinkFresh collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data across our mobile apps, website, and admin dashboard (“Services”) in compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 – PDPL).

No personal data is written on-chain. Only non-reversible hashes.

3. LEGAL BASIS UNDER UAE PDPL

5. BLOCKCHAIN & IMMUTABILITY
LinkFresh may store a non-identifiable hash of certain transactions on a blockchain:
No personal data is stored on-chain
Blockchain records cannot be edited or deleted
Corrections result in new entries, not modifications
Users acknowledge the limitations of immutable records.
6. DATA STORAGE
LinkFresh uses secure industry-leading infrastructure providers:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
MongoDB Atlas
Firebase / Google Cloud
Data is stored in locations compliant with UAE PDPL.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain data only as long as necessary for:
Service delivery
Regulatory compliance
Dispute resolution
Platform integrity
Users may request deletion of their personal data, except in cases involving:
